Job Summary
Business Analyst
- Serve as a Business Analyst supporting financial planning platforms within a finance-focused environment.
- Collaborate with business UX and technology stakeholders to gather analyze and synthesize requirements for application or tool enhancements.
- Write clear and effective user stories and manage tasks using JIRA.
- Apply knowledge of SDLC and technology terminology in daily responsibilities.
- Communicate requirements and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Utilize understanding of wealth management and financial planning concepts (e.g. asset allocation 401k equity compensation goals-based analysis portfolio construction).
- Support the improvement and development of financial planning tools and applications.
- Work onsite in NYC three days per week; local candidates only.
Location: NYC - 3 days a week
