Job Summary

As the Small Format Assistant Manager in one of our small-format retail stores you will support all areas of store operations including Sales and Operations. You will partner closely with the General Manager to drive store performance and ensure consistent execution.

This role provides leadership and direction within a smaller sales floor footprint and more focused customer traffic. The Small Format Assistant Manager helps reinforce and promote a culture centered on flexibility crosstraining and upskilling across the team.


Whatyoulldo

  • Accountable for managing store leadership duties to ensure employees are deployed to maximize efficiency and remove barriers to deliver a great customer experience in operations and sales.

  • Responsible for enabling how components of specialized businesscontributeto overall success of the micro market and marketplace.

  • Accountable for managing employee experience development and performance management.

  • Analyzesperformance indicators against business strategies and goals and accountablefor leading efforts to maximize or course-correct results across all spaces.

  • Accountable for monitoring results toidentifyopportunities in their store and drive the customer and employee experience in all business areas

  • Support and partner with the General Manager to drive a culture of flexibility and being knowledgeable in all areas of the business

Basic qualifications

  • 1 year of leadership experience in business military or related fields

  • 2years of sales or customer service experience

Preferred qualifications

  • 1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue

  • Consumer electronics industry experience

  • Prior experience setting retail sales goals
