MW Partners is currently seeking a Sales Assistant to work for our client who is a leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Manage and coordinate calendar.
- Coordinate travel details.
- Track and submit expense reports.
- Participate as front desk receptionist answering daily calls/inquiries made to the office.
- Design quarterly fact sheets of opportunities to send out to clients to promote sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal team to design and customize PowerPoint sales Presentations for Account Executives and Management to present to high profile brands and national advertising agencies.
- Manage and order office supplies for CHI team assuring office is fully stocked.
- Attend weekly internal and cross-platform sales meetings.
- Assist with any miscellaneous projects the Chicago Sales office may need.
- Can be multifaceted and able to juggle multiple tasks to support the Advertising Sales team.
Requirements:
- Batchelors degree desired
- Administrative skills minimum 5 years of experience required; preferable to have 1-2 years working in a marketing/sales environment within the 5 years of experience
- MS Office suite such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Computer literate
- Capable of managing phone traffic email triage.
- Advanced communication skills are required may interface with staff at all levels. Strong written/verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high volume environment
- Attention to detail is required
- Team player and strategic thinker working in a team based environment
