Your Mission
-Responsible for the correct and compliant Order Management
- Coordinate billing and customer information with Operations Teams
- Respond to customer billing inquiries
- Prepare customer invoices based on contracts and system data (including audits of system data for accuracy)
- Enter and maintain customer master data
- Managing the collection of outstanding customer balances
- Preparation of month-end closing schedules and related accruals
- Clarification with internal and external departments
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Support pulling together financial information for the annual audit
- Continuous improvement on teams procedures and processes
Your Story:
- 3 years of experience in an AR focused role within a multinational environment
- At the least 3 years of experience with SAP R/3 and already some knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Cloud
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
- General understanding of basic accounting and finance procedures and concepts.
- Process-oriented thinking
- Independent and conscientious way of working
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance; or High School Degree/General Education Degree and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelors degree.
- Very good knowledge of (reading writing and speaking) English.
