What you will do:
Leadership & Team Management
Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to assigned employees within the People & Organization function.
Ensure effective delegation of tasks and responsibilities including prioritization of activities aligned with business needs.
Plan and manage resource allocation to ensure optimal capacity utilization and team efficiency.
Foster a supportive environment that encourages accountability collaboration and performance.
Talent Development & Employee Growth
Support the professional and personal development of team members through coaching feedback and development planning.
Oversee the successful onboarding and integration of new employees into the team and organization.
Motivate and guide employees to achieve both individual and team goals.

Communication & Team Alignment
Ensure transparent and effective communication across the team and with key stakeholders.

Support leadership teams in addressing organizational challenges and driving people-related decisions.
