Job Summary

The Market Access personnel is responsible to support the development and execution of the optimal price and access strategies for the business.

General Responsibilities

Supports the Market Access Lead to develop and execute price and access strategies.
Coordinate with a third party to execute and monitor patient access program
Manage pricing process and monitor price governance in the cluster. Assist the development and execution of optimal price and access strategies.
Analyze healthcare market trends health economics outcomes and competitive landscapes to support strategic decisions.
Contribute to the development of partnerships with selected healthcare system stakeholders in Malaysia.
Support the demonstration of improved outcomes for patients and the healthcare system with company products and solutions to generate advocacy support patient access and market development.
Support aligned and compliant Market Access activities and processes (including pricing and launch timing databases).

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Several years-experience in pharma or fresh graduate (with health economics or HTA or relevant field in market access)
Proven track record of success in managing stakeholders and developing and implementing access strategies
Proven ability to establish strong influential relationships with key stakeholders/government officials.
Analytical and learning agility are advantageous
Consultative and negotiation skills
Fluent in English.
Good interpersonal time-management written and oral communication skills.

Education

Bachelors degree and/or post-graduate qualification in a science-related field (e.g. pharmacy epidemiology health economics or economics public health biostatistics).
