Reporting to the Human Resources Manager the Human Resources Coordinator will provide HR support with daytoday activities across construction functional and matrixed operations. This role focuses on process management coordination of HR programs and providing consultation to the business on a range of employee relations matters. As a primary point of contact for assigned business unit(s) the Human Resources Coordinator will organize prioritize and complete a wide variety of administrative and coordination activities to ensure consistent and efficient HR service delivery. Strong communication and problemsolving skills are essential as the role requires advising troubleshooting and interacting effectively across multiple levels and functions within the organization.

What Youll Do Here:

• Provide support on day-to-day HR tasks programs and initiatives including talent management and employee relations.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and leaders regarding HR policies procedures and general inquiries.

• Support compensation analysis for workforce transitions (i.e. new hires promotions transfers)and present recommendations to leaders
• Prepare and maintain documents and templates such as internal offers of employment project assignment letters and employment changes.
• Support managers and employees with performance management and objective setting throughout the year
• Respond to and resolve employee questions or escalate to Manager maintaining a strong focus on creating a positive employee experience.
• Support the leave of absence process by addressing all employee questions and coordinating with internal stakeholders (i.e. pension benefits payroll.).
• Support the daily direction of the HR Administrator while providing mentorship and guidance
• Complete ad hoc reports as requested.
• Assist with auditing and peer reviews with a focus on data integrity accuracy and efficiency.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Postsecondary education in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related discipline.
• CHRP designation or working toward it is considered an asset.
• Three to five (35) years of progressive experience in HR coordination or a related HR support function.
• Experience supporting employees and applying U.S. employment practices is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR procedures employment standards and HR best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
• High attention to detail discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Critical thinking skills to solve problems and make routine recommendations.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is an asset.
