Size and functions of local team:
- 40fte salesteam (Spread across 7 business units). 4 BDMs/AE 5 SDRs 7 Sales Managers 27 AMs.
Role description:
Full cycle sales role.
Focus on SMB/MM. Leads come in through marketing and BDRs but also requires outbound.
Run entire process after first meeting yourself untill signature (Demo negotiation etc.)
Cycles 3-6 months ADS 10-15K ARR.
Quota: 300K-500K (Depending on seniority) - Very doable.
Discovery calls are done online they tend to go for face to face meetings after. So this is a nice role where you VISIT clients!
Unique about the company (that you dont read online):

- Everything in eigen beheer (Support en implementatie 9.2/10 rating van klanten)
Must haves:
- 1-3 years of SaaS sales experience (could be SDR)

Salary range & secondary benefits:
