About the Role

Equitable is looking for a Product Manager for their Individual Annuity Product Solutions & Implementation Team. This position is on the Exceptions Processing team in direct involvement with the field and reports directly to the departments Team Lead.

What Youll Be Doing

• Manage the implementation of changes to annuity product forms including eDox.

• Management and implementation of the processing of Retail product exception and the weekly Exceptions Committee Meeting exclusive of large case Retail exceptions.

• Oversee the review and approval of Marketing Materials Sales Ideas and Presentations.

• Participate in the yearly Prospectus review process.

• Assist in Contract and Filed Forms reviews and analysis as needed.

• Responsible for working with the Senior Product Managers of Individual Retirement to:

  • Support coordination of all aspects of implementation for prioritized initiatives including post-implementation monitoring and evaluation. Typically this will require working with other areas for specific implementation needs.

  • Clear communication of status milestones and deliverables across all projects.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule with an onsite presence of 23 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.

The base salary range for this position is$75000 - $82000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
