This position is directly responsible for HR processing for the College of ACES both on and off-campus. This includes the hiring of non-exempt and exempt staff students/graduate students faculty and temporary staff. Serves as a contact for all college employee relations; point of contact for conflict resolution. Provide training and guidance to College of ACES departments and counties on HR related programs. Works closely with payroll on all payroll related transactions. Process HR related actions on PAFs LPAFs and time sheet/org changes. This position works with HR Benefit Services regarding Workers Compensation and assists with FMLA processing.
Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma 3 years of relevant experience or an Associates
Degree 1 year of relevant experience.

Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
