Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Hawaii. This role requires flexibility strong clinical skills and the ability to float to Medical-Surgical units as needed. Ideal candidates are adaptable team-oriented and comfortable working rotating schedules including consecutive weekends.
Responsibilities-
Provide high-quality nursing care to PCU/Telemetry patients

Monitor and manage patients requiring intermediate-level care

Accurately document patient care using Cerner EMR

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Float to Medical-Surgical units during low census or low acuity periods as needed

Maintain patient safety and adhere to all clinical standards and protocols

Active and unrestricted Hawaii RN license prior to contract start

Minimum 4 years of RN experience

Ability to work consecutive weekends as required

Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Additional certifications such as PALS NRP or others preferred

Contract assignment

Holiday coverage required (holiday rate applies only if the shift begins on the holiday)

Floating required based on unit needs
