Our mission is to accelerate progress in aging research by providing leadership cutting-edge technology mentorship and collaborative opportunities to scientists working in this vital field to find treatments and cures sooner.
To help propel this mission were seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Program Coordinator who will: provide high-level administrative support to the Director of the NIA Oklahoma Nathan Shock Center through calendar management correspondence travel coordination and meeting logistics; draft and prepare reports presentations and executive materials; Coordinate projects events and special initiatives; and anticipate executive needs and proactively offer solutions.
