Job Description:
Transformation Program Management Lead
- Design and Implement Transformation Program Management Office (TPMO): Establish the overarching structure that transformation projects will ladder up to.
- Develop Dependency Management Infrastructure: Build systems and tools to track and manage interdependencies across initiatives vendors and workstreams involved in transformation projects
- Engineer Process Optimization Capabilities: Create and implement strategic enhancements to delivery platforms and workflows for transformation initiatives
- Establish Governance Mechanisms: Develop governance structure for transformation initiatives to monitor velocity and execution discipline to meet deadlines
- Build repeatable processes: Standardize reporting and planning formats (e.g. outage audit maintenance project across people process technology)
- Support budget planning: Create visibility into gaps and resource needs to support 2026 and on-going budget planning and tracking
- Develop Executive Interface Assets: Translate technical and operational data into strategic business language for CIOs and finance stakeholders
