What Youll Do
Build positive and respectful relationships with program participants
Support engaging daily activities such as life skills lessons crafts games music and
community outings
Encourage independence confidence and social connection
Help maintain a safe structured and uplifting program environment
Collaborate with a friendly and supportive team
Provide coverage when regular staff members are unavailable
Who Were Looking For
Kind patient and dependable individuals who enjoy helping others
Comfortable working with adults with special needs experience is a plus but not required
Flexible availability during weekday program hours
Strong communication skills and a team oriented attitude
Willingness to complete required background screening
