The Facilities Manager will be responsible for all west Sort center operations facilities planning and for managing our 3rd party service providers for maintenance and facilities services.

Roles and Responsibility:
-Responsible He should responsible to drive the HI project Project elevate and HK sop standardization activity in west region as per project elevate guideline .
- Responsible for the overall building and facilities maintenance (Reliability Performance Cost etc.)
- Responsible for equipment maintenance (Trolleys Conveyors work stations Labeling Machines PLC control systems electrical systems etc.) leading a team of 3rd party technicians
- Develop and apply Preventive Maintenance Routines on equipment.
- Develop and implement vendor AMCs with appropriate service levels for equipment
- Follow up required material purchasing with the Procurement Team
- Develop and implement a spare part identification and maintaining stock levels
- Provide feedback and analysis on equipment performance and availability
- Manage day to day issues on equipment with the Operations teams defining Priorities with Operation and organize the work with his team
- Responsible to manage a team of Maintenance technicians and 3rd party facilities service provider. Define goals priorities organized staff planning staff training to ensure service levels.
- Responsible to keep people working in a safe environment applying the Amazon Safety Policy and working with the Safety team to improve safety on site.
- Responsible for building housekeeping to keep the site within 5S standards
- Support the Engineering team for installation of new equipment
- Be a leader within the group as well as within other teams.
- Be positive and offer creative out of the box solutions.
- Provide immediate technical guidance to operations during critical events.
- Aware of the compliances related to facility maintenance Pollution Control Board Electricity Board etc.

Key job responsibilities
Candidate should be ware aware of HVAC system and he should have the good knowledge of execution. He is the POC for the west region to drive all the Heat Index project project elevate and standardization of SOP in the west region by coordinating all stake holder.

- 4 years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2 years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
- 2 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Engineering Technology or Reliability Engineering or 2 years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent or 2 years of Amazon experience
- Work flexible schedules including weekends nights and holidays

- Masters degree or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience working with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integrators
- Experience maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems
- Experience in project management
- Experience with statistical analysis
