Job Summary

The Branch Relationship Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships at the branch level driving sales of banking/financial products and ensuring excellent customer service. The role focuses on business growth customer retention and smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and cross-sell banking/financial products such as loans deposits insurance and investment products
Achieve branch sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Handle customer queries complaints and provide effective solutions
Ensure proper documentation KYC compliance and adherence to company policies
Coordinate with operations and credit teams for timely processing of cases
Conduct branch-level marketing and promotional activities
Monitor customer portfolio and ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate MIS and daily activity reports

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and customer relationship management expertise
Knowledge of banking and financial products
Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel CRM systems)

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
1 5 years of experience in banking NBFC or financial services
Experience in branch sales or relationship management is an advantage
