Lead SHEQ Coordinator - Stublach Site

As our new SHEQ Coordinator at the Stublach Site youll play a crucial role in championing Quality Health Safety and Environmental standards directly contributing to our mission of responsible energy management.
Summary of what you will do
- Monitor and administer SHEQ reporting systems ensuring high standards across Storengy UK
- Facilitate SHEQ event investigations root cause analysis and improvement actions
- Develop and issue SHEQ communications across the business
- Support the UK SHEQ Manager with Internal Management System (IMS) application
- Contribute to safety initiatives promoting One Safety and Safety Essentials programmes
- Compile and monitor SHEQ statistics for group reporting
- Oversee supplier and sub-contractor prequalification evaluations for SHEQ
What you will bring to the role
- 3 years of experience in a lead SHEQ functional role (COMAH Site experience preferred)
- NEBOSH Diploma in Health and Safety (or working towards) or equivalent SHE qualification
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK SHE legislation standards and practices
- Experience in incident investigations and root cause analysis methodologies
- Strong ability to apply safety rules and procedures
- Excellent communication skills for training development and delivery
- Internal Auditor Qualification with experience in system-level audits
- Knowledge of ISO Management standards ( 45001) and implementation experience
