The Essity Latvia Health and Medical Solutions team is searching for a Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities will primarily include selling and introducing our Incontinence and skincare products for health care professionals all over Latvia.

What Will You Do
- You are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with institutional and pharmacy customers visiting clients all around Latvia.
- You have sales experience in health sector or similar knowledge to implement strategies to maximize territory and company objectives including analyzing sales data to determine the key opportunities in the territory.
- You use your knowledge to establish understanding of the customers corporate dynamic key issues and concerns including challenges and opportunities that can increase business revenue.
- Assist in preparing tenders pricing and service offer.
- Increase overall sales volume of Essity Incontinence and medical products by attaining or exceeding established sales objective by implementing sales plans and marketing programs with strong personal skills (organizing communication flexibility perseverance) and ability to work independently.
- Conduct physical or remote seminars presentations and training of Essity products for customers.
- Attend territory / regional industry shows and symposiums.
- Remain cognizant of trends and developments in the field by monitoring competitor activities products and trade information throughout assigned territory.
- Maintain account records a healthy pipeline and track calls in CRM of all territory activity.
- Submit all reports and administrative tasks timely and accurately.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork and coordination with other Essity colleagues in Latvia and throughout the world using English in at least conversational level.
In this full time permanent role you will work as part of the sales team and report to the Sales Manager.
Who are you
In this role you work with many stakeholders so in addition to working independently you have a strong collaborating skill.
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Severalyears of relevant business experience in Sales
- Written and spoken fluency in Latvian and English
- Experience with CRM system and Microsoft Office is desirable
- B category drivers license
