AstheReception & Administration Officer you will be part ofa welcomingprofessionaland supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincents Care ServicesAuburn.

St Vincents Care ServicesAuburn offers residents a supportive and welcoming environment with Residential Living aged care Independent Living and Community Living services all available at the same location.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • General reception duties including ad hoc and project-basedadministration.
  • Answering telephones in a polite and timely manner and assist with generalenquiries.
  • Assisting with the payroll and roster management when required.
  • Efficiently managing the staff telephone directory.
  • Meet and greet clients in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Assist with meeting room bookings including room set up cleaning and catering.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoingmail
  • Manage daily courierservices
  • Successfully complete administrative tasks such as filing ordering stationery and ordering equipmentsupplies.
  • Co-ordinate issuing staff ID accesscards
  • Maintain the security accessregister
  • Attend and actively participate in training as required.
  • Other administrative duties asrequired
  • Learn and grow within a workplace that aligns with ourmission and values.

Things that work for us:

  • Ability to work on a permanent full-time basis.

  • High levelof customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  • Experience and knowledge of UKG Kronos and FMR (Facilities Master Roster) highly regarded.
  • Experience working in aged caredesirable

  • Experience working ina previousadministration &/or reception roledesirable

  • Ability to follow directives as per careplan

  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities

  • Nationally coordinated criminal history check (valid within 6 months)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
