In this role you will provide high-quality patient care in the field of Otolaryngology diagnosing and treating a range of ear nose and throat disorders. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients
- Diagnose and treat conditions related to the ear nose and throat
- Perform surgical procedures as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families about health management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in continuing education and training initiatives
- Adhere to best practices in patient care and safety protocols
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice in the state
- Experience in Otolaryngology preferred
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and patient needs
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-hour day shifts
Call shifts required
Daily Volume: 25 patients
Caseload: Bread & butter general ENT
Required Procedures: Sinus and nose surgery plastic skin surgery scope procedures excision of small lesions biopsy and laser skin lesion procedures
Support Staff: PAs audiologists physicians
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
