Description
This is a contract position with an on-site working mode providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to a reputable medical practice.
In this role you will provide high-quality urological care to patients working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal treatment outcomes. You will be part of a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient well-being and medical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of urology patients
- Diagnose and treat various urological conditions
- Perform urological procedures as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on urological health and treatments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
- Ensure compliance with all medical regulations and standards
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of New York
- Experience in urology preferred
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Flexibility to work varying hours as needed
Schedule: 2 clinic shifts per week (8a-5p) 24-hour call
Robotics skillset is a plus
Support Staff: APPs
EMR: Cerner
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
