Job Summary

Lead post-payment systems and ensure seamless transaction processing at scale.

Lead the design development and maintenance of post-payment systems to support high-volume transaction processing.
Ensure system reliability scalability and performance under peak loads.
Collaborate with engineering finance and compliance teams to align system capabilities with business and regulatory requirements.
Identify and resolve system bottlenecks improve processing efficiency and reduce error rates.
Implement monitoring alerting and reporting tools to proactively manage system health and transaction integrity.
Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices in system architecture code quality and operational excellence.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation system upgrades and technology modernization.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
7 years of experience in systems engineering with 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
Proven experience in designing and scaling post-payment or financial transaction systems.
Strong proficiency in backend technologies distributed systems and real-time processing.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) and containerized environments.
Deep understanding of transaction processing reconciliation and data integrity principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
