- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify and resolve technical and content-related issues.
- Optimize on-page elements (titles meta descriptions headers etc.) to improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with keyword research and user intent.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Console and SEO platforms.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement technical improvements (e.g. site speed mobile optimization schema markup).
- Track and report on KPIs such as organic traffic keyword rankings bounce rate and conversion rates.
- Stay current with algorithm updates and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Computer Science or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in SEO digital marketing or a related role.
- Proven track record of improving search rankings and increasing organic traffic.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs SEMrush Moz Google Search Console).
- Strong understanding of HTML CSS and basic JavaScript for technical SEO tasks.
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics Google Tag Manager).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field; MBA preferred. 25 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles with demonstrable success in driving growth. Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and leading end-to-end campaign execution. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM social media marketing email marketing and content strategy. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo) CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and analytics platforms. Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills.
