Job Summary

Support daily payment operations and reconciliations

Execute daily payment processing including initiation validation and tracking of transactions
Perform detailed reconciliations of payment records across multiple systems and bank accounts
Identify investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment data in a timely manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all payment activities and reconciliation outcomes
Collaborate with finance accounting and operations teams to ensure seamless payment workflows
Monitor payment system alerts and proactively address potential issues before escalation

Requirements

Proven experience in payment operations accounting or financial processing
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling financial data
Proficiency in using accounting software spreadsheets and payment systems
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex discrepancies
Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Familiarity with reconciliation processes and financial controls is highly desirable

Required Skills:

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
