- Leverage data analytics and user insights to inform product decisions and measure success
- Maintain and refine the product backlog using tools such as Jira Aha! or Productboard
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency across teams
Requirements
- 5years experience in content strategy product management or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to inform content and product decisions
- Experience managing product backlogs and using tools like Jira Aha! or Productboard
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in driving organic growth through strategic content initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field; MBA preferred. 25 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles with demonstrable success in driving growth. Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and leading end-to-end campaign execution. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM social media marketing email marketing and content strategy. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo) CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and analytics platforms. Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication presentation and leadership abilities. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable. Location: Bangalore with flexibility for occasional travel as need
