ABOUT THE JOB:
BTN Solutions is seeking a commercially driven Head of Cyber Security Sales & Business Growth to lead revenue generation strategic accounts and market expansion for our Cyber Security business unit.
The successful candidate will focus on driving revenues managing key accounts building high-level industry relationships and leading a high-performing team while leveraging internal and partner technical resources for solution delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)
Own and deliver cyber security revenue targets and pipeline growth
Drive enterprise and government sales through direct selling and partnerships
Lead strategic deal pursuits negotiations and closures
Develop and manage sales forecasts pipeline reviews and reporting
2. Key Account Management & Industry Networking
Manage and grow strategic enterprise government and institutional accounts
Build senior-level relationships with C-suite executives CIOs CISOs and regulators
Represent BTN in industry forums conferences and partner engagements
3. Team Leadership & Practice Management
Lead and manage the Cyber Security business unit team
Set KPIs sales targets and performance metrics
Coach and mentor team members to deliver revenue outcomes
4. Go-to-Market & Partner Management
Define and execute the cyber security go-to-market strategy
Develop and manage OEM MSSP and channel partnerships
Oversee pricing commercial approvals and deal structuring
5. Governance & Delivery Oversight
Act as commercial escalation point for key clients
Ensure customer satisfaction renewals and contract compliance
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Business Marketing Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
7 years experience in B2B sales enterprise account management or business development.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Mandatory Experience in ICT or Cyber Security sales.
An existing pipeline and relations in the Cyber Security space.
Understanding of cyber security solutions and terminology.
Experience with government tenders or Enterprise Sales
