DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - In coordination with Wolf Trap Foundation Production Managers:
- Assist in advancing production elements of touring Artists.
- Distribute show documents to department heads.
- Generate and distribute daily schedules.
- Generate and distribute crew call schedules.
- Maintain production databases and production show files.
- Compile information for and attend weekly production meetings.
- Provide stage coverage as directed by Wolf Trap Foundation Production Managers.
- Coordinate rentals with vendor representatives in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide support for all auxiliary activities including but not limited to:
- VIP Programs.
- Artist Meet and Greets.
- Wolf Trap Foundations onsite activations.
- Provide administrative support to Wolf Trap Foundation Staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsREQUIREMENTS: - 3-5 years experience in live performance music venue and/or touring positions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Calendar Management.
- Strong interpersonal communication organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in all types of weather and outdoors.
- Ability to work early mornings late nights and weekends.
- Must be able to read stage plots lighting plots and audio input lists.
- Must be available 40-50 hours a week from May-September.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
