Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Position: FMCG Commercial Manager
Ref: 4966
Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha
Salary: R60 000 to R80 000 per month commensurate with experience
Qualifications / Requirements:
Proven commercial experience essential
Strong and proven retail/FMCG experience is essential (ideally understanding smaller to medium size businesses)
Strong and proven leadership skills
Strong decision maker with exceptional communication and negotiating skills who presents facts
Dynamic results-driven hands-on leader with high energy level
Key Performance Areas:
Management presentations and relationship building
Negotiating of contracts legalities and all business-related operations
Auditing of stores
- Recognize business opportunities
Develop business strategies
Risk assessment and management
Handle projects and opening up of new stores
Driving regulatory guidelines and compliance
Focus on long-term company goals and growth strategies
Manage operations
Budgeting and forecasting
Dealing with clients and nurturing of relationships and growth
Desired Experience & Qualification
