Education Qualification: B.E/ Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Consultant with 10 years of strong functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills in-depth knowledge of SAP PM processes and hands-on experience in configuration integration and functional testing. The role involves working closely with business users and technical teams to deliver robust maintenance management solutions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Responsibilities:

Lead SAP PM implementation and support activities.
Configure and manage Master Data including Functional Location Equipment Master Class & Characteristics Work Centers Task Lists Revisions and Measuring Points.
Configure and support Notification Management including process flow and integration with Maintenance Orders.
Implement and manage Preventive Maintenance processes including Single Cycle Plans Strategy-Based Maintenance Plans Maintenance Scheduling Parameters Maintenance Strategy and Deadline Monitoring.
Manage Maintenance Order processes including Breakdown Maintenance Corrective Maintenance and Calibration processes.
Work on Status Management in Notifications and Maintenance Orders.
Handle SAP PM integration with third-party tools.
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP team for developments and enhancements.
Perform functional testing for new developments and enhancements.
Provide production support and resolve functional issues.

Must-Have Skills:

10 years of strong experience in SAP PM (Implementation & Support).
In-depth knowledge of SAP PM master data and maintenance processes.
Strong experience in Notification and Maintenance Order configuration.
Experience in Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance processes.
Experience in SAP PM integration with third-party systems.
Experience in writing Functional Specifications (FS).
Strong functional testing experience.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in large enterprise or multi-plant environments.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PM.
Strong stakeholder communication skills.
