Lead technical design configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules.
Mentor and guide the ServiceNow team in ServiceNow best practices coding standards and quality assurance.
Oversee solution architecture integrations and performance optimization.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow development (JavaScript Flow Designer Business Rules Script Includes UI Policies Client Scripts).
Experience with key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM Integrations.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations MID Servers and API management.
Excellent communication interpersonal and client-facing abilities.
Oversee platform administration tasks upgrades and patching.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support when escalations occur
