Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher (Mild/Moderate) to support students across multiple school sites. This Learning Specialist role is based out of an Educational Support Center (ESC) and provides targeted academic and executive functioning support.
The position serves Elementary (K1) and Middle School (68) students delivering instruction and intervention in Math Literacy and Executive Functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction and intervention services to students with mild to moderate needs
Deliver Math Literacy and Executive Functioning support across assigned grade levels
Collaborate with general education teachers support staff and families
Develop implement and monitor IEP goals and accommodations
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
Travel between multiple school locations as assigned
Participate in meetings planning sessions and student progress reviews
Requirements
Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) License MUST be in hand
Endorsement in Special Education (Mild/Moderate)
Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students preferred
Strong collaboration documentation and communication skills
