Position Overview:
PraescientAnalytics is seeking a highly experiencedAgile Project Managerto support a large-scale federal data modernization and analytics program. This role provides delivery leadership across complex cross-functional teams implementing cloud-native data platforms advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities in a regulated government environment.
The Agile Project Manager acts as aservant leader and delivery integrator ensuring alignment between mission stakeholders technical teams and executive leadership. The role emphasizes adaptive planning transparency continuous improvement and predictable delivery while supporting modern Agile frameworks such asScrum Kanban andSAFe.
This position is critical to accelerating mission outcomes improving delivery maturity and ensuring program execution meets federal performance auditability and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience
- 7 years of professional project or program management experience with a government agency.
- Minimum of 3 years applying Agile methodologies (Scrum KanbanSAFe) in complex cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing technology-driven initiatives preferably involving data analytics or cloud platforms.
- Agile Expertise
- Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks ceremonies metrics and delivery best practices.
- Proven ability to balance Agile flexibility with the structure and documentation required in federal programs.
- Tools & Reporting
- Proficiency with Agile planning and tracking tools such as Azure Boards MS Planner Jira or similar platforms.
- Experience producing delivery dashboards and executive-level status reporting.
- Communication & Leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation conflict resolution and servant leadership capabilities.
- Clearance: Minimum of aPublic Trust (U.S. Citizenship is Required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile certifications such asCertifiedScrumMaster(CSM)SAFeAgilistPMI-ACP or equivalent.
- Experience supportingdata analytics AI/ML or cloud modernization programs preferably inMicrosoft Azureenvironments.
- Familiarity withScaled Agile Framework (SAFe)for enterprise-level coordination.
- Experience working withinfederal or other regulated environments including audit compliance and governance requirements.
