Job Summary
Role Definition:
Responsible for contributing to HR Operations payroll support and compensation & benefits activities under continuous guidance.
Key Responsibility:
- Perform and contribute to various HR processes like payroll & compliance compensation & benefits employee contract management.
- Extend support to Payroll and Compensation & Benefits team on need basis for all relevant activities.
- Handles first level of employee queries pertaining to the processes handled.
- Prepare standard reports and MIS related to the processes handled.
Education & Experience:
Any Graduate with MBA / MSW / MLW / PM IR with specialization in HR with repute institute
Entry level role with 2-4 years of HR experience.
Hands on experience with advance use of Microsoft office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
