Title:Facilities Maintenance Account Manager
Location:Fort Dodge IA
Salary:100k to 110K depending upon experience
Hours:45hours on average week Monday through Friday daytime evening and weekends on call

What Will I Be Doing
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
This position willbe responsible forthe directioncoordinationand performance of all assigned maintenance and facility activities.
- This includes Safety First program customer relations employee development staffing policy implementation / enforcement budgetpreparationand cost control.
- Includes profit andlossresponsibility for the account quality control maintenance processdevelopmentand conformance and all account administrative good judgment at all timeswhen making judgments affecting the companys business.
- This position willbe responsible forall company salaried and hourly positions at this account. Oversight of all processes ensuring conformance to federal state and local regulations and conformance with company and customer policies.
- Interact with customer and client personnel toassistin customer/client expectations.
- Coordinate activities throughoutcustomer/client portfolio to ensure effective efficient performance in all assigned the development of long-range planning inassistanceof the customer/client and the companys goals andobjectives.
- Development and maintenance of performance metrics records
- Communications with all team members toassistin the development of short/long range planning inassistanceof the companys goals and objectives
- Ensure team members perform assigned tasks in a safe effective and efficient manner.
- Mustmaintainpositive customer and employee relations.

Education:An advanced degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering or Management is preferred but notrequired. Experience:Possessa minimum of five years experience in maintenance management with experience in supervision planning / scheduling and estimating preferred. Accreditation:Membership anddemonstratedparticipation inindustry relatedprofessional organizations (SMRP IFMA BOMA etc.) with applicable professional certification is desired. Computer Skills:Demonstratedproficiencyin creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
