YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You design and deliver sales and soft skills training for international franchise partners independently from in-person workshops to digital formats
- You systematically analyze sales and service KPIs identify optimization opportunities and develop strategic measures to enhance performance
- You train and enable employees and managers both on-site and remotely to foster sustainable competency development and help identify new sales opportunities
- You implement concepts and measures sustainably while continuously driving relevant KPIs forward
- You serve as the main contact for internal specialist departments in developing target-group-specific training concepts and ensure their successful implementation
- You manage all aspects of participant administration including communication coordination and systematic follow-up to ensure effective learning transfer
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience: You bring initial experience in sales training or comparable function or youre a motivated young professional with a strong sales and service mindset
- Travel readiness: Youre willing to travel globally (approximately 30% of your working time) and value collaboration with multicultural teams
- Communication excellence: You inspire people convey knowledge with empathy and effectively engage across different cultures
- Hands-on mentality: You take initiative and prefer demonstrating solutions practically rather than hiding behind theoretical concepts
