Job Summary
- Continuously improve REPAs international pricing strategies in close collaboration with sales product management and procurement
- Support daily pricing operations including implementing and maintaining price lists and handling pricing requests
- Conduct price and margin simulations to support business decisions
- Monitor and analyze key pricing KPIs to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Assist in project work related to pricing initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications :
- Completed studies in business administration business informatics or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and a structured result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English and German both written and spoken (C1 level)
- Experience in pricing considered a huge plus
- Nice to have: Experience with a pricing software (e.g. PFX PROS ...)
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative spirit with a desire to work in an international cross-functional team
- Eagerness to grow and take initiative in a dynamic work environment
