Coordinate and consolidate feedback from New Hire Checkin sessions to support continuous improvement in onboarding.
Design and execute of Employee Experience initiatives (New Hire Happy Hour Leadership Connect Fireside Chats Site Visits etc.)
Support offboarding processes including scheduling and conducting exit interviews.
Recommend and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and employee experience.
Provide support across performance management activities such as Succession Planning Talent Management Performance Management and Talent Development.
Plan manage and execute assigned HR projects under the guidance of the HR team.
Deliver daytoday administrative support and carry out adhoc HR duties as required.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
