Join Singtel Groups Rewards & Well-being team (part of Group People & Sustainability) and help shape how employees stay healthy supported and engaged at on real well-being programs benefits communications and events that make a genuine difference to peoples lives.
WhatYoullLearn & Do
- Explore how employee well-being works at scalefrom mental and physical health to inclusion growth financial well-being and purpose.
- Review andsuggestimprovements towell-being and benefits programs using data employee feedback and research.
- Create engaging content (emails intranet posts newsletters) that gets people excited about well-being initiatives.
- Support and run eventsnot limited to Wellness RoadshowsWorld Mental Health Dayactivationsand etc.
- Track participation and engagement metrics to see what worksand how to do it better.
- Collaborate with teams across the business and buildstrong communicationand presentation skills.
WhatYoullBe Working On
- Reviewing well-being programs benefits and policies to spot gaps and opportunities.
- Analysingsurvey feedback and turning insights into clear recommendations.
- Researching best practices and trends in employee well-being and engagement.
- Supporting internal communications and improving well-being content on the intranet.
- Helping with event planninglogistics and award submissions.
WhatWereLooking For
- Currentlypursuing aDegreeor Diploma (Communications HR Psychology Business or related fields).
- Strong communicator who enjoys creating content for different audiences.
- Curious proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- A teamplayerwhosopen to feedback and keen to learn.
- Interestedin people culture and making workplaces healthier and more inclusive.
