Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Work Pass administration for foreigners prepare overtime payment report for payroll processing
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support recruitment activities such as posting job ads screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help prepare HR documents (letters reports work passes attendance records etc.)
- Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Basic knowledge of HR processes is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detailed oriented good attitude
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and able to handle confidential information
