Job Summary

Help shape the Technical Solutions within our New Markets at TOMRA Collection. 

As a Technical Solution Specialist you play a key role in ensuring our products are accurately configured documented and ready for successful installation and service. You will create and maintain technical drawings BOMs and product documentation while providing expert support to Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams. Your work ensures quality compliance and smooth operations across the full customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Documentation & Configuration

  • Develop and maintain technical drawings Bills of Material (BOM) and pricing configurations.
  • Ensure accurate data intake from CRM and maintain uptodate product documentation.
  • Identify and close information gaps by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

Operational Support

  • Provide technical support to installation service and customer care teams.
  • Contribute to daytoday operational activities and ensure smooth running of business processes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards compliance requirements and SLAs.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Key Account Managers and the Sales team to ensure product readiness and consistent customer alignment.
  • Gather and share continuous feedback from customers to support product improvements.

Training & Enablement

  • Design engaging training materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver product training sessions to enable teams in installation service and sales.

 

 

     

     


    Qualifications :

      • Bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical field.
      • 3 years of experience in product support technical service or similar roles.
      • Proficiency with technical drawing and configuration tools (e.g. AutoCAD 3D model conversion CPQ).
      • Solid understanding of electromechanical systems and digital platforms; experience with sensorbased or automated systems is an advantage.
      • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.

      Personal Qualifications

      • Structured detailoriented and analytical.
      • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions when required.
      • Comfortable working towards KPIs and delivering highquality outputs consistently.
