Responsibilities

• Live Assessment: Conduct real-time assessments of live products to ensure they strictly adhere to established quality standards.
• Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of dealers and presenters to ensure they meet professional and brand expectations.
• Discrepancy Reporting: Identify and report any deviations or discrepancies from quality standards to the appropriate management teams.
• Technical Checks: Perform regular checks to ensure all live studio equipment is functioning properly and meeting technical requirements.
• Compliance Oversight: Follow and enforce departmental policies and procedures specifically designed for live casino operations.
• Continuous Monitoring: Maintain a constant watch over live products to ensure high quality is consistently delivered.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Industry Awareness: Awareness of industry regulations and standards related to live casino operations.
• Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with the specific technology and equipment used in live casino or broadcast environments.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on quality assurance.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various teams.
• Technical Literacy: PC literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and relevant office software.
