Job Summary

Downtime Specialist

Introduction We are partnering with a leading global B2B solution provider to recruit a Downtime Specialist for their high-end studios in Belgrade this critical operational role you will ensure that the studio runs smoothly by meticulously planning and communicating all downtime activities. If you are a highly organized professional who excels at coordination and enjoys a fast-paced international environment this is your chance to play a key part in a world-class production operation.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update comprehensive downtime schedules including planning for new studio releases.
Coordinate all planned maintenance activities and manage the process for studio reopenings.
Provide active support for preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives to minimize operational disruptions.
Act as the central communication hub sharing downtime plans and updates with all relevant internal teams.
Diligently track all downtime activities and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
Collaborate closely with maintenance teams external contractors and various project stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within downtime planning and operational processes.

Requirements

Professional fluency in English (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills.
Proven experience in scheduling operations or maintenance coordination.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure multicultural environment.
Minimum qualification of a High School Diploma.
Flexibility to work in a rotating shift pattern.
Bonus: Previous experience in Live Casino Production or similar technical environments.
Bonus: Basic knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
