In this role you will be responsible for the complex task of organizing and supervising working schedules and rotations to ensure seamless studio operations. Responsibilities

• Schedule Coordination: Organize coordinate and supervise working schedules and rotations for gaming tables to ensure consistent staffing and smooth operational flow.
• Collaboration: Partner with HR and Team Managers to manage time-off requests approve shift schedules and ensure all positions are covered to meet business requirements.
• Reporting & Administration: Create daily staffing reports verify work hours and handle various administrative tasks as directed by management.
• Staffing Planning: Develop and maintain effective staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage across all business units.
• Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor attendance and schedule adherence ensuring full compliance with both internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Transition Management: Prepare and manage studio rotation files for incoming shifts to facilitate seamless handovers between teams.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a similar Workforce Management or scheduling role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with specialized WFM software and advanced analytics/forecasting tools is a plus.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to apply critical thinking to data analysis and problem-solving.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of local labor laws and regulations related to staffing and scheduling.
• Availability: Willingness to work within a 24/7 shift pattern.
• Personal Traits: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
