Reporting to the EMEAI Region & NUTRITIONAL INGREDIENT DEVELOPMENT Director you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with Strategic Accounts. You will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility while respecting the defined commercial strategy.
Your main missions will be:
- Bring your expertise in animal nutrition and health as well as your knowledge of the industry to strategic accounts
- Be the guardian of the relationship with the Strategic Accounts facilitating high-level exchanges and optimizing interactions with all stakeholders.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Strategic Accounts to best coordinate internal and external resources.
- Develop and implement 3-5 year strategic plans with the Strategic Accounts.
- Ensure alignment and communication between the Strategic Accounts and the various Phileo teams (sales marketing R&D etc.).
- Lead and conclude direct negotiations with the Strategic Accounts if necessary.
- Ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of the Strategic Accounts.
- Scope of responsibility: EMEAI (Europe Middle East Africa and India) and potential international contacts for some accounts.
Qualifications :
Profile:
- Solid expertise in animal nutrition and health and knowledge of the industry
- Masters degree or engineering diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience including at least 3 years in Key Account management
- Excellent negotiation and project management skills
- Relational skills and indirect leadership
- Proficiency in English proficiency in another language would be a plus
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset

This position is based in France (or another European country) and requires approximately 50% travel in France and internationally.
