- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through prospecting networking and referrals
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to meet client requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the companys CRM system
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management
- Continuously update knowledge of company products services and industry developments
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
- Understanding of the local market in Mumbai and surrounding areas
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales certifications are preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel within the Mumbai metropolitan area as needed
