As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist IV within JPMorganChase you will play a pivotal role in managing moderate to complex tasks related to cash movements in and out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts. Your work will have a significant impact within your team ensuring all trades are processed on respective platforms across all asset classes. You will leverage your expertise in a variety of work processes applying advanced knowledge of policies and procedures to solve non-routine problems. Your role will involve working on escalated assignments requiring you to apply problem-solving techniques and improve existing processes. Your ability to actively listen manage internal stakeholders create presentations and initiate process improvements will be key to your success in this role.
Job responsibilities
- Understand the fundamental concepts related to the trade lifecycle.
- Perform day-to-day operations of the trade processing team including trade capture settlements and the complete trade lifecycle.
- Identify issues analyze problems and provide viable solutions.
- Learn new products and processes currently in scope.
- Work with tight deadlines.
- Attend regular group meetings with managers to ensure constant communication and incorporate feedback.
- Follow procedures and established processes to perform varied routine and non-routine tasks.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Excellent comprehension and observation skills
- Relevant Investment Banking experience
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a team
- Ability to demonstrate a strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups and client coverage
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word Excel Access and Outlook
