Job Summary

* Prepare and manage daily weekly and monthly MIS reports for operations and order tracking

* Perform order follow-ups and ensure timely status updates across departments

* Coordinate with production sales QC and logistics teams to track order execution

* Maintain accurate order status dashboards and trackers

* Analyze operational data and highlight delays gaps and exceptions

* Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for management reporting

* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Excel ERP and reporting tools

Requirements

* 5 years of relevant experience in MIS operations coordination or order management

* Experience in jewellery / manufacturing industry preferred

* Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (reports trackers data analysis)

* Hands-on experience with Power BI (mandatory)

* Good coordination communication and follow-up skills

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet reporting deadlines
