Job Summary
- Pre-construction stage activities estimation & tendering
- Budgeting & cost planning
- Cost control & commercial management
- Final accounts including variations retention tracker closures and vendor/package management
- Handover activities including reconciliation reports
- Certification of contractor bills
- Ability to collaborate with MEP engineers site teams & procurement on variations change orders & reports
Qualifications :
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in MEP field (Electrical & Mechanical).
- Sound knowledge to take off the MEP quantities from Auto-cad drawings Preparing the estimation and rate analysis for MEP related items Budget and cost planning MEP site bill validations and preparation of COP.
- Refurbishment and re-build of the existing buildings. They required 02 MEP resources (1 electrical & 1 Mechanical).
