Minitab is seeking aGlobal Key Account Manager (GAM) to drive adoption of our latest solution offerings across named global accounts. This is a high-impact strategic role designed for a proven enterprise seller who thrives in complex global sales environments.
If you bring 10 years of enterprise software sales experience consistently achieve 100% of quota and have a track record of $250K average deal sizes and seven-figure transactions this is an exceptional opportunity to join Minitab at a pivotal time of growth.
As a Global Key Account Manager you will serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned global accounts within a virtual account team-selling environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Own and manage named global enterprise accounts serving as the primary point of contact
Develop and execute strategic cross-sell up-sell and account penetration strategies
Coordinate globally across Minitab teams to ensure consistent pricing positioning and messaging across all divisions and subsidiaries
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across customer organizations
Drive revenue growth through the sale of products and services
Navigate complex long sales cycles while delivering exceptional customer experiences
Travel 5070% for on-site meetings with customers prospects and partners including international travel
Success in this role will be measured by:
Revenue growth within named accounts
Customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Referenceability and executive advocacy
10 years of enterprise software sales experience in the information technology market
Proven success with average deal sizes greater than $250K
Consistent achievement of 100% of assigned quotas including seven-figure deals
Experience managing large global accounts ($10B USD) across long sales cycles (612 months)
Strong background in consultative executive-level relationship selling
Demonstrated ability to sell both software solutions and services
Experience in fast-paced competitive enterprise sales environments
Sales leadership or sales management experience (preferred)
Business Intelligence and/or Statistical Analytics experience (a plus)
Bachelors degree required
Familiarity with structured value-based and consultative selling methodologies required
Influence strategic relationships with the worlds largest enterprises

Base salary: $135 to 150K/yr
Commission: This role is eligible for a 50/50 commission plan based on meeting performance targets with uncapped earning potential.
