- Base salary range for Process Lead L2 between $81000and$100000 CAD annually based on experience

- Collect analyze and report quality and production variance data; develop and execute action plans to mitigate deviations and improve asset performance.
- Lead continuous improvement of Centerline (CL) and Run Condition Optimization (RCO) standards and processes; share best practices across Process Leads and CI teams.
- Train and coach operators on CL and RCO best practices; manage documentation including SOPs and communicate procedural issues with suppliers.
- Support autonomous asset management quality and continuous improvement pillars; assess equipment performance and correct nonstandard operating conditions.
- Collaborate with production planning to optimize production schedules grade changes and centerline calibration; use centerline data to troubleshoot and ensure correct machine base conditions.
- Support small and largescale projects and modifications including machine part design and product development/qualification.

Your challenge!
Reporting to the Production Manager the Process Leads mission is to be responsible for all outcomes related to the techniques processes and systems in an area and supports the Asset Owner and Maintenance Lead owning processes for Centerlines (CL) and Rapid Changeovers (RCO).
Individual responsibilities
Accountable
Define standard processes for managing centerlines (CL) and rapid changeovers (RCO) ensure that processes are executed properly and review & improve processes
Responsible
Work with production planners to optimize production schedule and grade changes
Calibrate centerline
Develop modification request forms (DAMMES)
Collects and analyzes data on quality and productionvariances and creates action plan to mitigate variance
Share best practices with other Process Leads
Communicate any procedural issues with suppliers
Support large / small scale projects / modifications in area including machine parts design
Continuously improve standards and processes related to CL and RCO
Utilize centerline to troubleshoot and ensure correct base condition
Train and coach operators on best practices for CL and RCO
Support CI Pillar Autonomous Asset Management Pillar and Quality Pillar
Assess asset performance and correct situation
Execute product development/qualification process
